What was the objective behind your collaboration?The goal of our collaboration was to develop a user-friendly and feature-rich mobile application that would streamline our business operations and enhance the customer experience. We expected a high level of professionalism and expertise from the team in delivering a product that was both functional and intuitive.

What did you enjoy the most during your collaboration?Regrettably, the overall experience was highly disappointing. The development process was riddled with issues from the start. Despite providing comprehensive requirements and ongoing feedback, the final app was plagued with bugs and usability problems. The user interface lacked the polish and responsiveness we had anticipated, making it clear that our vision was not fully understood or executed.

Are there any areas for improvements?The team needs to make significant strides in several key areas. Communication throughout the project was inadequate, with long delays in responses and a lack of transparency regarding progress. Additionally, the team struggled to adhere to deadlines, causing further frustration. For future projects, a more collaborative approach, with frequent check-ins and a stronger commitment to quality, will be essential to meet client needs effectively.
