Was war das Ziel Ihrer Zusammenarbeit?We started out by creating a Skype group to train their agents in because it isn’t possible for just anyone to begin working with us without an explanation. They learned how to use our dashboard, how to check orders, and how to reply to customers. They also make notes, which I then check and complete the orders.

Was hat Ihnen während Ihrer Zusammenarbeit am meisten Spaß gemacht?In Norway, the costs are high to hire someone to work in front of the computer for eight hours a day, and when our CEO brought on Backend Communications, I didn’t know how it would impact our sales. Our credibility increases when customers chat with an actual human rather than a bot, so if one of Backend Communications' agents is able to resolve a customer’s issue quickly, then they will come back to us to order. They’ve had a good impact in that way, as well as by saving us money.

Was war das Ziel Ihrer Zusammenarbeit?I sent requests to about ten companies. All of them were asking for the value of the requests and types of requests and offered to hire agents for our project. As we operate worldwide and just launched our product, we couldn't tell exactly what the number of requests could be, and we didn't want to hire six full-time agents for unexpected workflow.
