Owned Media: Content to which the company has complete brand control and can include identity, digital, messaging, collateral as well as marketing assets like websites, blogs, newsletters, MSDS and white papers. Content that should engage customers and foster relationships throughout the customer lifecycle. Well-implemented owned media provides an opportunity for a brand to provide their consumers a curated brand experience. Shared Media: Social media channels are where brands create buzz and share experiences with their customers. It takes a skilled conversationalist to engage on various social media streams and our team monitors these channels to understand and strategize how best to engage.
