We do what we do for us, for you.

Around us - in everything we see - we see opportunities to make businesses move forward. This drive is fed by our own business-mindedness.  Over the years we’ve been answering to our clients’ briefings with that same attitude. We look at every briefing as the entrepreneurs we are. We first want to understand our clients’ business or project in full before coming back with a pragmatic solution. But we don’t just wait for a clients’ briefing to land on our desk to start a new project. When we see opportunities around us, we decide to set up new ventures ourselves as well. Some are successful, others are not, but we learn from both.  We started the family festival  Wonderweekend   from scratch, we originated the  National Breakfast Week , we have  collabs with art galleries  and we’ll be launching  our own coffee bar in 2022 . These ventures are our playground where we test various communication and connection tactics. These range from publishing books and magazines, to setting up events, running social media campaigns, building surprising activations at festivals and creating apps from scratch. All of these communication tactics are used to create or build communities, content & culture.  These  Communities  can be live or digital, they can be very niche or pretty broad. We’ve targeted baristas, brusseleirs living in contrat de quartier zones, millennials, anti-vaxers and families with kids. The  Content  we create isn’t limited to pictures, videos or good copy. Content is every medium that can carry or support our communication messages. We’ve curated magazine content, Family diy boxes, digital apps, a book, testimonials, newsletter articles and walking tours. A  Culture , finally, is a set of values and beliefs that a group of people share. We’ve supported existing cultures, created new ones and altered views in cultures as various as streetfootball, art collectors, nature lovers and petrolheads.  We do this for us, but also for you. Based in the heart of Brussels - after London the most diverse city on the European continent – we are immersed in a setting that reflects the world that we live in today. We embrace this Brussels’ diversity in our work, our team and our interactions with you, each other and the world around us.   Wa me doon vè ons, doon me vè aaile.

Insights from a Belgian Expert: Navigating Video Communication Agencies

Achievements in the Belgian Video Communication Sector

In Belgium, the video communication sector is distinguished not only by its creativity but also by its ability to secure accolades on both local and international stages. Local agencies have impressively garnered recognition, showcasing their innovative approaches and high quality outputs in various acclaimed competitions. These awards amplify their credibility and set a benchmark for exceptional standards in the video communication realm.

Clientele and Successful Collaborations

Belgian video communication agencies have a robust portfolio of clients, ranging from thriving local startups to established multinational corporations. Although specific names are kept confidential, these agencies have managed to support significant projects across diverse sectors including finance, technology, and consumer goods. The successful partnerships highlight the agencies’ capabilities in adapting to different industry demands and tailoring content that resonates with varied audiences.

Budget Considerations for Video Communication Services

Setting a budget for video communication services can be pivotal for any business. In Belgium, the costs can vary greatly depending on several factors such as the project's scale, the creative demands, and the agency’s prestige. For small businesses, beginning with small-scale projects can be more cost-effective and can range from approximately €2,000 to €10,000. On the other hand, comprehensive campaigns for larger corporations might require budgets upwards of €50,000, reflecting the broader scope and higher stakes involved.

When selecting an agency, it is advisable to consider not only the budget but also the value delivered through the agency’s strategic insight, creative talent, and technological tools. Investing in quality video content can significantly enhance your brand's visibility and engagement, ensuring a worthwhile return on investment.

Securing the Right Video Communication Partner

Choosing the right agency for your video communication needs involves a careful assessment of their past projects and client testimonials. In Belgium, agencies are known for their strategic approach to storytelling and technical proficiency. Reviewing their portfolio gives insight into their style and effectiveness, helping businesses align their specific communication goals with the right service provider.

While budget forms a crucial part of the decision-making process, the compatibility of the agency’s vision with your own and their track record in effectively managing similar projects are equally important factors to consider.

With an array of highly competent video communication agencies, Belgium offers robust solutions for enhancing corporate communication, branding, and marketing strategies through powerful visuals and targeted messaging. Leveraging their expertise can transform how your brand communicates in the digital era.

When selecting a video communication platform for your Belgian business, it's crucial to consider several key features that align with your specific needs and the local market. Here are the essential aspects to look for:

  1. High-quality video and audio: Ensure the platform offers HD video and clear audio to facilitate professional communication, especially important for multilingual interactions common in Belgium.
  2. Robust security and privacy measures: Look for end-to-end encryption and compliance with EU data protection regulations (GDPR) to safeguard sensitive business information.
  3. Scalability and flexibility: Choose a platform that can accommodate various meeting sizes, from one-on-one calls to large conferences, supporting Belgium's diverse business landscape.
  4. Multi-language support: Given Belgium's multilingual nature, select a platform with interface options in Dutch, French, and English at minimum.
  5. Screen sharing and collaboration tools: Ensure the platform allows easy sharing of presentations, documents, and collaborative whiteboarding for effective teamwork.
  6. Recording and transcription capabilities: Look for features that allow meeting recording and automated transcription, useful for documentation and follow-ups.
  7. Integration with other business tools: Seek platforms that integrate seamlessly with popular productivity suites and CRM systems used in Belgium.
  8. Mobile compatibility: With the rise of remote work, ensure the platform works well on various devices, including smartphones and tablets.
  9. Bandwidth management: Consider platforms that offer adaptive video quality to accommodate varying internet speeds across different regions in Belgium.
  10. Customer support: Prioritize platforms that provide reliable customer support, preferably with local Belgian assistance during business hours.

According to a 2023 survey by the Belgian Digital Transformation Office, 78% of Belgian businesses now rely on video communication platforms for daily operations, up from 45% in 2019. This significant increase highlights the importance of choosing the right platform.

When evaluating these features, consider your specific business needs, team size, and the nature of your video communication requirements. It's also advisable to test multiple platforms before making a final decision, as user experience can vary significantly between different solutions.

Remember, the best video communication platform for your Belgian business will be one that not only meets these technical requirements but also aligns with your company culture and communication style.
